Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Online Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing world-class customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert client product enquiries into sales
- Manage and generate leads and sales via various channels
- Process payments, negotiate sales, and confirm customer orders
- Provide after-sales service, including managing customer returns and converting them into positive outcomes
- Make recommendations to management regarding sales adjustments to align with market trends
- Coordinate sales activities with internal departments
Requirements
- Experience working in sales, preferably in an online setting
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis
