**The Role: Internal Sales Representative**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic** Internal Sales Representative **to join our dedicated sales team in our sales office in Hulland Ward. This role will drive our sales orders, providing exceptional service to our existing clients while also identifying new business opportunities within the construction materials industry. Your typical customers may be local builders, farmers, merchants or housing developments.
You will manage an existing portfolio of customers, building authentic relationships and encourage repeat business. On a typical day, you will:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Provide customers with product information and quotations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
We are not looking for previous experience in a similar role as we can teach you about our products and processes but experience using a CRM software is desirable. We'd much prefer to hear from people who are energetic, proactive and people focused that are looking for a rewarding career.
