Hygiene Operative

We are seeking a diligent individual to join our team as a Hygiene Operative at our Selsey site. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are clean and our production lines run smoothly.
Responsibilities- Conduct daily and deep cleaning tasks following strict procedures and safety guidelines.
- Clean areas and equipment to the highest standards, minimizing downtime between production runs.
- Input data into hygiene records accurately to maintain compliance.
- Communicate effectively with section managers regarding equipment defects and safety concerns.
- Safely handle chemicals and use equipment following training protocols.
- Comprehensive training provided, including chemical handling, manual handling, and safe systems at work.

We operate a shift pattern covering days only from 7am to 7pm, with a total of 14 days worked over a 28-day period. The shift pattern is as follows:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
Requirements- No previous experience required – we will provide all the necessary training.
- Ability to work effectively at pace and perform manual handling tasks.
- Commitment to following health and safety procedures rigorously.
