Hygiene Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team at Natures Way Foods. As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production facilities run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain production machinery and surrounding areas to meet food hygiene and factory standards.
- Operate and maintain hygiene equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks to prevent contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in areas such as chemical handling, manual handling, and safe systems at work.
- No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential.
- Ability to work effectively at pace and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
