We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CBT Therapist/Senior Practitioner Psychologist to join our team at Inclusion Thurrock. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to patients with complex mental health needs.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract position that requires a strong background in working with patients with psychosis, bipolar, or at risk mental states. The post holder will be a member of the Inclusion Thurrock Senior Leadership Team and will report on outcomes to the wider team.
The role attracts a welcome bonus of 10% of salary at start date and 10% after 1 year in service.
Main Responsibilities- Provide NICE-compliant therapeutic services to patients with complex mental health needs.
- Maintain high professional levels of clinical judgment and application of complex skills at all times.
