About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist or Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at CES Group - Clinical Employment Services. As a Senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for Psychosis & Bipolar, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals with psychosis and bipolar disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with psychosis and bipolar disorder
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with psychosis and bipolar disorder
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
