Your Responsibilities
As the subject matter expert in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, you will guide our Scrum Masters and Software Delivery teams to maximize product value for the organization and its external clients, emphasizing quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliable delivery schedules. Your daily tasks will include:
- Leading and mentoring Scrum teams, ensuring compliance with SAFE Agile/Scrum practices
- Facilitating effective Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identifying and eliminating obstacles that impede team progress
- Collaborating with stakeholders and other departments to swiftly address dependencies and challenges
- Encouraging teams to evaluate their processes and practices, implementing necessary improvements
- Managing stakeholder expectations and providing transparency regarding team activities
Qualifications
We seek candidates with a profound understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven history of steering multiple Scrum teams toward successful project outcomes. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience in resolving impediments
- Ability to assess team performance and drive positive changes
- Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Grafana, and Confluence
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent credentials
