Senior Division Leader Opportunity

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Division Leader to join a leading global engineering group. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the Metrology Division and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in senior management meetings to contribute to strategic decisions and report on division performance.
  • Manage key relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure close working relationships.
  • Oversee the management of key suppliers and ensure technical expertise is available for project consultation.
  • Lead the division towards meeting overall growth targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strategically manage and develop business units within the Metrology Division, including CMM Inspection Products and Inspection Services.

Requirements:

  • A commercial and technical background, preferably in metrology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, departments, and budgets effectively.
  • Good commercial awareness, sales, key account management, and general business management skills.
  • Experience managing small, specialized teams within engineering or inspection.
  • A minimum of HNC qualification or equivalent, or proven experience in a similar managerial role.
