Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Administrator to assist with candidate sourcing, bookings, and compliance checks.

In this position, you will work closely with the recruitment sales teams, gaining valuable knowledge and skills to support your career progression within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
As a Service Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Assisting the education team in recruiting candidates through various platforms.
  • Preparing candidates for interviews by sending necessary documents.
  • Distributing screening links to candidates as required.
  • Monitoring candidate safeguarding, including reference checks and record updates.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate availability records.
  • Managing candidate communications via phone and email.
  • Collaborating with the sales team on candidate retention strategies.
  • Supporting open days for candidates, both in-office and externally.

Required Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Desirable experience in a recruitment role.
  • Knowledge of the education sector and understanding of safeguarding and DBS policies.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with a focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage through various platforms.
  • Effective presentation skills.
