We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, catering to learners aged 7-16 years with autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, speech, language, and communication difficulties, and associated behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
  • Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and address diverse learning needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and reports.

Requirements:
  • Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) status.
