  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in regular quality control checks to ensure our food meets our high standards

Requirements

  • Consistency and attention to detail in preparing and serving food
  • Motivation and enthusiasm to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • A sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
