We are looking for a Marketplace Account Specialist to enhance our skilled Marketplaces division.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the effectiveness of Visualsoft's marketplace offerings. You will assist Account Directors in executing top-tier digital marketing initiatives, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of clients across various platforms, including Amazon and eBay.

A strong enthusiasm for digital marketing is essential, paired with outstanding writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding your client's brand identity, communication style, target demographics, and competitors while conducting ongoing research into their products and market to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies, which includes optimizing listings and accounts on Amazon and eBay.
  • Supporting all marketing functions, including briefs, execution, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all tasks and activities.
  • Staying updated on digital marketing best practices, innovations, and technologies.
  • Executing tasks with precision and excellence.
  • Consistently striving to achieve outstanding results for Visualsoft clients through marketplace initiatives.
  • Participating in client communications, both via phone and in-person meetings, providing support to the Account Director as needed.
  • Contributing to client satisfaction metrics, as measured by NPS and CSAT.
  • Upholding the highest standards of digital marketing through both implementation and execution.

Requirements:

This position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The ability to execute tasks meticulously while supporting clients and internal teams is vital.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with Amazon and eBay platforms.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Experience in collaborating with teams to develop and implement marketplace strategies, whether for internal projects or client engagements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Desirable (but not mandatory):

  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of additional marketplaces beyond Amazon and eBay.
  • Confidence in using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.).
  • Understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape, including various marketing channels.
