Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery Management
- Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential service delivery risks.
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, driving revenue growth.
- Financial Management
- Work closely with the Account Director and Financial Business Partner to achieve financial targets.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of Resident Engineers and Subcontractors.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all contractual KPIs and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Communication and Reporting
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on service delivery progress.
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Technical background essential
- Able to manage a large diverse team
- Able to think clearly in extreme circumstances and troubleshoot issues and address raised concerns
- Proven experience of building strong relationships with clients
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Experience of using a CAFM system desirable
- Good experience and track record in working in a Critical M&E Environment
- Good knowledge of building services and legislation
- Professional qualifications and background
