ROLE OVERVIEW

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling Elevate Global and its clients to harness the potential of our technology, data, and insight products. This position involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to outline product strategies, features, and development roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will report to the Impact Account Director and work closely with the Technology team, which oversees the technical and data aspects of our projects. Additionally, there will be a collaborative relationship with the Global Impact Director, who is ultimately accountable for the Impact products.

We seek an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach.

This role requires flexibility as it involves working from home, our office, and client locations, with a hybrid working model in place.

The Project Manager position demands a driven and highly skilled individual who integrates seamlessly into the team, possesses outstanding interpersonal abilities, and pays meticulous attention to detail and organization. The successful candidate will quickly grasp our offerings and contribute value from the outset, effectively communicating strategies and methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Impact product team to establish the product management strategy, approach, and roadmap at Elevate Global.
  • Oversee multiple product workstreams and coordinate with key teams across technology, project management, and client delivery on a global scale.
  • Manage the Project Coordinator, including:
    • Daily organization
    • Performance reviews and goal setting
    • Promotion approvals
    • Team development and motivation
  • Engage with Elevate Global and clients to identify and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring our recognition as a premier product leader in the data staffing sector.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to align our products with client and business needs, transforming customer success stories into compelling content and clear product messaging.
  • Work with project management to define and plan product initiatives and releases, including the creation of scope documents, product specifications, project plans, testing, and documentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation, ensuring that our business and clients are well-informed about all product-related matters.
  • Manage all product-related activities, including stakeholder briefings, scheduling product releases, and ensuring digital campaigns are executed within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring that product needs and feedback are communicated effectively.
  • Continuously contribute innovative ideas to enhance the product function from an end-user perspective.
  • Support the development of product management standards and actively seek opportunities for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with a strong focus on detail, action-oriented planning, and effective time management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency setting, providing client services.
  • Ability to comprehend and implement Elevate Global's requirements for integration across projects, processes, products, and services.
  • Deep understanding of consumer categories and trends, with the ability to identify new product and sales opportunities.
  • Experience in new product development, guiding projects from conception to market launch.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market research to understand consumer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Strong relationship management skills, capable of influencing and leading client interactions.
  • Proficiency in business development, supporting sales and marketing from a product perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to independent work.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable navigating change in a dynamic industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Trello is a plus.
