Work Planner

Metroline Ltd is seeking a skilled Work Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Service Delivery department, you will play a crucial role in planning, reviewing, and developing efficient and effective timetables and schedules.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and review timetables and schedules to meet franchise requirements and service delivery needs
* Liaise with Depot Management Teams and Depot Trades Union to implement timetables and schedules
* Work with the Service Delivery Team and Depot Management to introduce temporary schedules to minimize delays
* Provide information and data regarding schedules as required
* Maintain knowledge of franchise requirements, Domestic Drivers Hours regulations, and European Drivers Hours Regulations
* Assist with ad-hoc tasks and provide cover for other Schedules Compilers/Schedulers as needed

**Requirements:**

* Experience with computer-based scheduling software
* Understanding of financial and costing procedures
* Knowledge of Domestic Driving Hours Regulations
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Analytical skills to collate and interpret statistical data
* Ability to work as a team player and develop others
* Professional integrity and discretion when managing confidential matters
