Open Source Intelligence Analyst

Tadaweb is a dynamic technology firm offering a robust platform for publicly accessible information (PAI) and open-source intelligence (OSINT), enhancing the effectiveness of investigative and analytical teams. Over the last decade, Tadaweb has established itself as a frontrunner in the gathering and refinement of information, enabling analysts to maximize their impact. Our SaaS solution adheres to ethical standards, exclusively utilizing publicly available data.
Tadaweb is seeking an Open Source Intelligence Analyst (Embedded Position). This role is an individual contributor position at the mid-career level, directly engaging with public sector clients in the UK who leverage Tadaweb's SaaS platform to enhance their OSINT investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be stationed on-site, collaborating closely with the client to facilitate their OSINT collection efforts using Tadaweb.
- Your work will align with the client's needs and timelines, providing timely OSINT insights to support and enrich their initiatives.
- As a representative of Tadaweb, you will promote best practices, advise on OSINT policies, and serve as a primary technical support contact.
- You will cultivate and maintain relationships with users, their supervisors, and key stakeholders within the client organization.
- Your role will include delivering training sessions on our platform and mentoring clients to maximize the value derived from open-source data collection and analysis.
- Daily problem-solving will be a key aspect of your work, assisting clients with innovative use cases that challenge technical boundaries.
- You will serve as the voice of the client internally, conveying feedback and requests to a cross-functional product team, thereby bridging the gap between daily users and development teams.
- Your responsibilities will also involve researching, exploring, and assisting in the implementation of new technologies to benefit our clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience working within or alongside intelligence teams, utilizing the intelligence cycle to produce valuable analytical insights.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and foster relationships in high-pressure operational settings.
- Background in gathering publicly available information, producing open-source intelligence, conducting internet investigations, or performing thorough online research.
- A passion for technology and its potential to drive transformation.
- A commitment to ethical, legal, and transparent data collection practices.
- Possession of current security clearance is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with social network analysis and knowledge of investigations across clear, deep, and dark web environments.
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or digital consultancy sectors.
- Ability to simplify complex and urgent issues for clients.
- Comfort in preparing and conducting training workshops and client presentations.
- Interest in global current affairs and advancements in information technology.
- Experience in data analytics or network analysis.
- Exposure to software development methodologies.
What We Offer:
- An opportunity to join a rapidly expanding tech company with a strong product-market fit and an ambitious growth strategy.
- A chance to be part of a human-centric organization that genuinely values its employees and core principles.
- A focus on team performance rather than hours spent at a desk.
- A vibrant social calendar featuring family events, game nights, annual retreats, year-end celebrations, and more, fostering inclusivity for both young professionals and parents.
This position will involve on-site work, embedded within the office of one of our UK clients. Initial training will occur in our London office, followed by a consolidation week at our Luxembourg headquarters. Afterward, you will be seconded to the client site, with travel to our London office every two weeks. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered, requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site.
Tadaweb is an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a diverse team with varied perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. We support the Armed Forces Covenant and actively assist service members transitioning from public to private sectors.
Company Culture:
Our corporate culture is rooted in core values such as prioritizing family, embracing challenges, and balancing hard work with enjoyment. We prioritize employee well-being by creating an excellent workplace, reflected in our investments in office environments and social benefits. Our leadership embodies principles of extreme ownership and servant leadership.
