Business Intelligence Analyst

Required IT Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic insights to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Head of Data and Senior Business Intelligence Analysts to develop new reporting solutions that support business change initiatives.
- Ensure that Business as Usual (BAU) and small change data delivery consistently meets stakeholder expectations.
- Support the education of super users in data visualization and analysis solutions, reducing manual effort and data exposure.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and conduct detailed reviews of individual data items.
- Document model designs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Expertise in designing MI/BI solutions in PowerBI.
- Knowledge of best practices in Power BI model development, reporting design, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience working as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of MS Azure Modern Data Warehouse Architecture.
- Ability to write SQL queries.
