Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with current and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow customer base in public and private schools throughout the UK
  • Drive inbox leads into the sales funnel
  • Deliver online calls and convert new school customers
  • Generate and convert sales enquiries
  • Lead the development of a professional sales and account management team
  • Help improve the community knowledge of what we are all about at the GSA and how we can help their school develop global dimensions
  • Follow-up sales calls with quote proposals based on expert recommendations
  • Send reminder prompts at set sale funnel stages
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management position is essential
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Essential: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, mainly HubSpot
  • Great planning, attention to detail, and organisational skills
What We Offer
  • Basic salary of £30,000 to £50,000 per annum + uncapped commission structure
