Job Title: Vehicle Mechanic (Field Based)

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd. As a field-based mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, brake work, and small running repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles at our clients' branches, on-site, and at customer home locations.

The Role:
  • Carry out routine servicing, brake pad and disc replacement, and other basic mechanical work in the field.
  • Work with market-leading rental and leasing companies, performing repairs and maintenance on their vehicles.
  • Be based in Northampton and the surrounding areas, covering a designated territory.
  • Work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with alternate Saturday mornings.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have similar experience as a Motor Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, or equivalent.
  • Desirable to have experience as a mobile mechanic or field-based mechanic, but not essential.
  • Must have a full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Be well-presented, with a good customer service attitude.

  • £35,000 basic salary (subject to experience).
