Job Title: Digital Skills Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Skills Trainer to join our team at Mind in Mid Herts. As a Digital Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training courses, workshops, and talks on mental health topics to our staff, volunteers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver bespoke and core training to MiMH's customers and partners.
  • Manage and respond to new enquiries for training and workshops.
  • Facilitate a programme of recovery-based training for people who use our services, and community-based and workplace wellbeing workshops and courses.
  • Deliver a training programme for all staff and volunteers for their Continuing Professional Development (CPD), involving other managers as necessary.
  • Have overall responsibility for administrative tasks and record-keeping in relation to training duties.
Requirements:
  • A professional qualification or equivalent degree related to training, health, social care, or marketing and business.
  • Clean driving licence and use of a car.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Sound knowledge of mental health, wellbeing, and training principles.
