We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fashion Buying Coordinator to join our Buying team at New Look. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Buying process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating the Buying process, including preparing for departmental meetings and supporting data entry into the planning tool.
  • Raise purchase orders, work to the Critical Path to meet deadlines, and deal with issues arising with orders both internally and externally.
  • Take ownership of finding solutions, coordinate barcode processes, and maintain purchase orders in the relevant system.
  • Support the team with supplier slippage management, action order amendments under direction from the B&M team, and assist with commitment through weekly team updates.
  • Process samples received, label, log, organize, and file samples, prepare samples for meetings, and maintain the department's range and samples.
  • Drive the press sample process to ensure the department offers are fully potentialized, ensure production samples are received in time to pre-shoot for online sales, and maintain the latest imagery of samples.
  • Attend Group Trade meetings, understand trade reports, and make basic trade decisions.
  • Contribute to trend and competitor analysis, make recommendations for changes or developments, and complete and report back on NL store visits and competitor shops.
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for fashion, accuracy, and confident communication skills. Previous experience working in Fashion/Retail and/or as a Buying Admin Assistant is desirable. A fashion qualification or other degree is also a plus.
