A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Assistant, reporting to the Guest Service Manager, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike. You will have the opportunity to learn about various hotel departments, engaging in diverse roles such as Guest Service Agent, Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, and Housekeeping.

Our team operates like a family, collaborating to provide exceptional service to our guests. We pride ourselves on delivering timely, efficient, and knowledgeable assistance, ensuring every guest experience is remarkable.

QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK

While we value personality and potential, here are some essential skills and qualities we look for:

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in computer usage and a professional telephone demeanor
