Tax Specialist

As a Specialist Tax, you will play a crucial role in providing contracting expertise, support, and coordination for contracted services activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee tendering, negotiation, award, and administration of contracts, including managing Variation Orders, Frame Agreements, claims, and adherence to contract procedures.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice, manage project risks and opportunities, and coordinate with department managers and Project Management Teams to develop scopes and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Business Management Systems, handle project-related bonds, guarantees, and insurances, and prepare internal approval documents.
- Assist with supplier management activities, conduct performance reviews, and manage supplier variations.

Demonstrated experience in subcontracting environments and previous involvement with marine and vessel projects is advantageous.
