Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

About the Role:

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to clients with mental health issues
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a mental health setting
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
