- Previous experience working as a Band 2 Support Worker in a mental health acute care setting.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
- Desire to undertake further training and self-improvement to support patient experience.
