About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a successful family-run business with a turnover of circa £40 million and year-on-year growth. As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & O.
Key Responsibilities- ERP System Implementation: Work closely with the Finance Manager and Finance Director to implement the ERP system, ensuring its integrity and accuracy.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day running of the system, including maintaining set up requirements and controls.
- Reconciliations: Reconcile customer demand, customer transactions, and sales ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage the company's cash flow and assist with the production of monthly accounts and forecasts.
- Annual Accounts: Help prepare the annual accounts and full supporting schedules ready for the annual audit.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Produce ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as required by the directors and senior management.
To be considered for this role, you will be actively studying towards your ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification.
