Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an NHS Talking Therapies Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our healthcare operations team, ensuring the smooth running of our NHS Talking Therapies contract.
- Process referrals and update patient information within our record system, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor and action treatment waitlists, ensuring timely communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Respond to enquiries via email and phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Check and process letters to patients, GPs, and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure patients are communicated with at the earliest opportunity for any changes to appointments, including cancellations and reschedules.
- Perform general administration tasks to contribute to the smooth running of our service.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good experience of dealing with the public and a confident communicator, both on the phone and via email.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of administrative systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work as part of a close-knit team.
