Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled People Advisory Manager to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering our people strategy, driving business outcomes, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that drive business outcomes and support our Make an Impact and Be our Future goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their people needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Manage and develop a high-performing People Advisory team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, HR teams, and external partners.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on people-related matters, including employment law, talent management, and organizational design.
- Contribute to the development of people analytics and insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Lead and participate in nationally driven initiatives that improve the employee experience and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified, level 7 or above.
- High degree of business acumen and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence business leaders and drive results.
- Strong understanding of best people practices across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
- Proven track record of leading a team to create and deliver business-focused people solutions.
- Knowledge of people future thinking and employment trends, with a forward-focused approach to operational people development and delivery.
- Ability to develop relevant and commercial people propositions and gain buy-in and support from business leaders.
- Experience in delivering employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify people risk and apply effective mitigation strategies.
- Experience in the development and application of people analytics to inform both people and business decision-making.
