Head of UK Security Solutions Sales

About the RoleThe Head of MS UK Security Solutions Sales will be responsible for leading a team of security sellers to drive revenue growth and market share in the UK. This role requires a strong understanding of the security industry and market trends, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customers' industries and business priorities
- Lead the team to develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders to grow Microsoft Security share of wallet
- Sales Execution: Act as a thought leader in digital transformation and lead team to develop strategies that help understand customer business needs and accelerate revenue and growth for security business
- Provide consistent coaching rhythm leveraging coaching framework Model | Coach | Care
- Lead the team to increase customer relevance by driving adoption of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM)
- Enhance technical & sales capabilities across the organization to achieve technical excellence in customer interactions
- Attract, develop and retain talent
- Deliver results through teamwork: Drive execution of projects; drive a growth mindset and learning-focused culture by empowering team to focus on learning; partner and collaborate with other teams
- 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience AND leading sales organization
- OR Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelors Degree in IT, or related field AND 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Masters Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- Experience with competitive Security solutions (e.g. Palo Alto, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc.) is a plus
- 6+ years of solution or services sales experience
