Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join a specialized SME service provider based in the city centre. This is a unique opportunity to develop your career towards a Finance Director role in approximately three years.

About the Role

As a Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Financial Director and be responsible for supporting the overall finance function. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Full management accounts and month-end preparation
  • Financial accounts and VAT management
  • Supporting the Financial Director in strategic decision-making

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified or experienced professional with a strong background in finance. You should have previous experience working in a SME organization and be able to demonstrate management or leadership experience, particularly in change management. Additionally, you must be ambitious, driven, and open to providing change for business.
