Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and handling client accounts, working closely with our Account Executive to ensure delivery of quality service, and providing renewal reports and new business presentations to win and retain business.

About the Role:

  • Manage and handle client accounts with complex insurance needs, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their insurance programs meet their business objectives.
  • Work closely with our Account Executive to ensure seamless delivery of quality service, including renewal reports and new business presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with our underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely quotes, and work with our claims team to resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, with a proven track record of managing complex client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide expert advice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
