Cameron James is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their commercial insurance needs are met
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with the account handling team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in a broker or insurer environment
- Excellent negotiation skills with insurers and prospects
- A desire to develop new business and drive growth
- Ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of the insurance market and its trends
- CII or progress towards is desirable
