Logistics Director

Join Cubis Systems, a leading provider of building materials solutions, as we seek a seasoned professional to lead our logistics operations. As Head of Logistics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an outbound freight strategy that meets customer requirements and demands across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a singular approach to the logistics process and standardization across our international operations.
- Manage all aspects of an outbound freight strategy across several key businesses and countries.
- Scale logistics to meet our growth demands while maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Implement effective rate card commercial strategies and build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Manage and develop the logistics team with a One CRH approach, enhancing the logistics capability of the business and identifying key risks to mitigate.
- Logistics management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing a logistics team with financial acumen.
- Graduate or post-graduate qualification in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Proven ability to build an outbound freight strategy across various countries.
