Helpdesk Support Specialist

Absolute Recruitment is seeking an experienced First Line Deskside Support Engineer to join a dynamic team on-site with one of our multinational clients based in Crewe.
This is a 3-4 month contract with the chance to make a real impact as the client settles into their brand-new offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to Service Desk tickets via phone, email, or face-to-face
- Daily communication with clients to ensure seamless support
- Assist with PC rollouts, desk setups, and meeting room technology to ensure a smooth transition
- Maintain client-specific documentation to ensure accurate records
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the support experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients
- A team player who is self-motivated and improvement-minded to drive success
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role to demonstrate expertise
- Strong PC troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of MS Teams and conferencing solutions to ensure seamless communication
- Standard hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of an early finish on Fridays
