Clinical Lead Nurse for Mental Health Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our mental health services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical and professional supervision to band 6 nurses in the team
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our patients
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our mental health services
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Registered RMN with a degree (L6) qualification
- Mentorship qualification/training
- 3 years post-qualification experience, including 1 year minimum band 6 experience
- Leadership experience within a multidisciplinary team
- Change management experience
