About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at French Selection. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our export sales processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and invoice sales orders, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise closely with sales teams, operations teams, and finance teams in Europe to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Communicate daily with customers and suppliers to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Process supplier orders, ensuring timely updates and delivery, and maintain accurate records
  • Organize transport and create import and export customs documents to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Maintain cash flow by chasing customers for prompt payment and resolving any payment disputes
  • Work with teams to resolve any disputes or payment delays and coordinate team expenses

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English to business level (written and spoken)
  • Additional fluency in French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, Polish - advantageous
  • Excellent administration, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a team
  • Excellent attention to detail while working at a fast pace
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Proactive and confident in communicating with customers, suppliers, and internally
  • Will to travel within the UK and abroad (France, Poland, Spain, etc.) when needed
