Residential Property Supervisor
Salary: Up to £52,000 basic + Bonus
We are collaborating with a well-established, independent property management firm that specializes in providing a traditional, resident-focused service to exclusive residential management companies in London.
This company is renowned for its impressive portfolio and exceptional staff retention, boasting nearly zero turnover. They are currently seeking to expand their team by hiring an additional Residential Property Supervisor with the following qualifications:
- Office-Based Role: This position is strictly office-based in South West London, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Experience Required: A minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience in block management is essential. An ATPI qualification is preferred.
- Portfolio Management: You will manage a long-held, compact, high-quality portfolio consisting of 7 buildings and just under 500 units, most of which are within walking distance of the office. A meticulous, customer-focused, and thorough approach is required.
- Client Interaction: The role involves working with high-net-worth individuals, necessitating a keen attention to detail and discretion.
- Comprehensive Duties: Responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of property management tasks, including budgeting, insurance, and overseeing major works, with robust in-house support from the accounts and surveying teams.
- Career Stability: A stable career history is crucial, as our client values continuity of service and expects the same level of commitment from its Property Supervisors.
The successful candidate can expect a starting salary between £47,000 and £52,000, with potential increases based on length of service and performance, in addition to a bonus and pension scheme.
If you possess the required qualifications and are interested in a fully office-based role, we encourage you to explore this opportunity further.
