Multi Trader

We are looking for an experienced multi trader to undertake void works in around Battersea, Clapham, Tooting, Putney, Croydon, and Fulham.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
You will be undertaking jobs such as:

- Painting and decorating
- Repairing and installing fire check doors.
- Bathroom and toilet repairs (installing syphons, repairing faulty
- fixtures, replacing baths, installing shower screens etc).
- Kitchens (installing units, worktops, and plumbing necessities).
- Tiling, sealing, and re-grouting baths/showers/worktops.
- Fitting vinyl floor tiles.
- Removing all furniture and rubbish within the properties.
- Cleaning throughout the voids (including kitchen appliances.)

**What we expect from you**:

- Be self-employed.
- Manage your own workload.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have social housing experience and understand working to a schedule of rates.
- Have a CSCS card
- Have your own vehicle and tools
- Supply your own materials as part of your price given for each void.
- Work within a timeline given for each void. (Usually, 10 days for average sized voids, but longer for bigger ones)
- Any snags will need to be completed before undertaking any new voids.

**What you can expect from us.**
- Supervisor that will be able to help with any matters etc.
- We collect all your rubbish from each void from the roadside.
- We will add on any extra rates to your job should any additional works be required to be undertaken.
- We will send you finalised invoices and then pay you within two weeks of completing each job.
- Provide you with detailed coded specifications for each void (we work to a schedule of rates, but we will provide you with your prices before hand)

**Salary**:
This position is price-work set from a schedule of rates.

Pay: £150.00-£350.00 per day
