About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our residents to lead their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our care home's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and a strong commitment to upholding the standards of practice set by the NMC.
  • Proven experience in a care home setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
  • A passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, with a focus on promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of our residents, with a strong understanding of the signs of abuse and neglect.
