Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our nursing team at Willing Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to older adults, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to elderly patients, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Assess and document patient's medical history, symptoms, and progress.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification, with a valid UK NMC.
  • Proven experience in clinical nursing, particularly in elderly care (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
