We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Valuer to join our team at our Didcot branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the branch manager in the structure and organization of the office diary to ensure adequate time is given to key activities.
  • Contribute to the company goal of creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
  • Work closely with the branch manager to ensure branch staff adhere to the company business priorities and deliver exceptional client standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to encourage commendations and recommendations.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to ensure we retain clients and engage positively with all customers to encourage referrals.
  • Ensure that the correct viewing booking process is followed, creating urgency by market chat, and setting expectations of the applicant as far as indicating acceptable offer levels.
  • Exceed personal and branch activity and income targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Valuer.
  • Ability to liaise with clients and customers confidently and professionally.
  • Ambitious and career-orientated individual.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive work ethic.
  • Driver's license with own vehicle (essential).
  • Business use insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
