Position: Airfreight Clerk

Location: UPS Heathrow

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is a leading provider of global logistics and transportation services. Our Heathrow depot is a hub of activity, managing collection requests from clients worldwide. As an Airfreight Clerk, you'll thrive in this fast-paced environment and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. The working hours for this role are 7.00 – 19.00, 4 Days on 4 Days off.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation for aircraft off-load and on-load
  • Off-load and on-load UPS flights to audit standards
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance
  • Manage ground movements to maintain accurate inventory
  • Produce manual weight and balance reports if the ALP system is unavailable
  • Create load plans for flight destinations
  • Use weight and balance systems to generate load manifests for crew
  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Supervise UPS vehicle offload and vendor compliance
  • Monitor the weighing of UPS ULDs and share data promptly with office personnel

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to tasks
