Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the information management team to establish a common data environment (CDE) in compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly reports to assess digital implementation and maturity across various projects.
  • Support project teams in adhering to established standards, methods, and procedures using designated software and workflows.
  • Contribute to the development of the BIM Execution Plan and related documentation for projects.
  • Promote awareness and elevate the profile of digital implementation within the business unit and project functional departments, fostering a culture of digital-first thinking.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for the Senior BIM Construction Specialist position will possess:

  • A solid understanding of the ISO 19650 documentation series.
  • The ability to discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to facilitate information interoperability.
  • Experience with software tools for model viewing and interrogation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
