About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our pre-construction team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects, working closely with bid teams, estimating teams, building services, and design managers to create and submit the best possible bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with bid teams to develop and submit bids for construction projects
  • Collaborate with estimating teams to ensure accurate and competitive bid pricing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with building services and design managers to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Manage and control project information, including drawings and documentation
  • Work with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure compliance with BIM and CDM requirements
  • Manage and resolve RFIs, variations, and other project-related issues
