At Firstagency, we're looking for a highly skilled Event Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through excellent event service delivery.

As an Event Service Specialist, you'll work closely with our team and internal service providers to ensure seamless event execution. Your primary focus will be on being the primary point of contact for event hosts, coordinating event logistics, and assisting event managers in planning large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute event logistics, including manual handling and lifting/moving boxes (15kg/35lbs) and other items as needed.
  • Assist event managers in the planning of large-scale events, including coordinating with internal service providers.
  • Support the Guest Services team as needed, which could include guest check-in, wayfinding, swag organization and distribution, and answering questions on event details.

Requirements:

  • 0 – 1+ years' event coordination experience, including internships or other applicable experience related to the responsibilities of the role.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of basic and fundamental standards of event management and event operations.
  • Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player.
  • Flexibility of hours, must be willing to work mornings, evenings, and potentially weekends as needed.
