Job Title: CDM Principal Designer

A leading Construction Health and Safety Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled CDM Professional to act as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on a range of prestigious projects. Job Summary

As a Principal Designer & CDM Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and advising on all design safety risks for a portfolio of projects within the Pre-construction phase. You will work closely with a team of CDM Advisors and Architects to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and advise on design safety risks for a portfolio of projects
  • Work closely with a team of CDM Advisors and Architects to ensure project delivery
  • Develop and implement effective safety strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction qualification
  • Tech IOSH certification
  • APS membership
  • Design degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Surveying (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a CDM role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
