The Role

As a Principal Designer & CDM Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and advising on all design safety risks for the portfolio of projects within the Pre-construction phase. You will be supported by a team of CDM Advisors & Architects. This is a client-facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and advise on design safety risks for projects
  • Lead a team of CDM Advisors & Architects
  • Develop and implement safety strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction qualification
  • Tech IOSH certification
  • APS membership
  • Design degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Surveying (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a CDM role
