Cooks and Front of House Staff Required

The Recruitment Co. is seeking experienced Cooks and Front of House staff to join our client's Cafe in the Swansea area.

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals to work in a fast-paced cafe environment. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen. As a Front of House staff member, you will provide excellent customer service, take orders, and serve tables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking and preparing food to the highest standard
  • Ensuring a smooth operating kitchen and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and taking orders
  • Serving tables and handling customer payments
  • Making milkshakes, Frappes, teas, and coffees (Barista training desirable but not essential)
  • Some dessert cooking and making up side salads
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment (desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work as part of a small team and independently
  • Availability for immediate start and flexible hours
What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of £11.44ph, with opportunities for permanent employment after 12 weeks. Part-time and full-time hours available, with shifts on a rota basis to cover opening hours.
