Key Responsibilities:

Cook:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality food to meet the expectations of our customers
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service
  • Take ownership of your health and safety, as well as food safety, at all times
  • Be adaptable and flexible to meet the demands of a busy cafe

Front of House Staff:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Take orders and process payments efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including milkshakes, Frappes, teas, and coffees
  • Assist with dessert preparation and side salad making
  • Work effectively as part of a small team, providing support and assistance when needed

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a hospitality environment is desirable, but not essential. We offer training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.
