Director of Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with experience in managing teams and developing high-performing talent acquisition functions. You will be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and analyzing data to inform talent acquisition decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent
  • Manage and lead a team of talent acquisition professionals
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Analyze data to inform talent acquisition decisions and optimize recruitment processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
